My classes are inclusive and suitable for all levels - there’s no judgement or ‘correction’ – just lots of encouragement to help you get fitter and more active in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.

Pilates has many benefits! With regular participation, you’ll improve your core and overall muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and mobility so you can do your daily activities and favourite sports with increased vigour. You’ll boost your energy levels and mental resilience so you can cope better with the stresses, demands and challenges of everyday life. You’ll move more freely and enhance your posture, helping you feel more confident and powerful.

And with my new monthly masterclass series, you’ll get the chance to explore some exciting new class concepts in-depth.

6.00-7.00pm Mini Ball Moves: Small ball, big results

Fun. Creative. Seriously effective.
This playful Pilates class packs a punch—boosting mobility, flexibility, core and full-body muscular strength and endurance using the magic of the mini ball.

Mini Ball Moves: Where strength meets smiles. Mini balls provided. Please bring a mat.

About my classes

  • Pilates

    A fascinating and highly effective fusion of Joseph Pilates’ original mat exercises and my contemporary creations, this exhilarating workout focuses on muscular strength and endurance, joint mobility and flexibility.

    Classes are suitable for all levels as layered options are always offered for each exercise.

    Once you’ve mastered a movement and can perform about 10 repetitions, I’ll invite you to try a more challenging option.

    Classes are suitable for healthy adults. Mats are available at all venues but clients often prefer to bring their own. You can choose to exercise barefoot or wear non-slip socks. And don’t forget to bring water!

  • NEW Fit Bytes

    Tech and fitness might not seem like a match made in heaven ….. but we’re about to change that! In an exciting new collaboration with Computer Fixer Dumfries, I’m bringing you a series of short workouts (10 minutes max) to help break up long computer sessions.

    What to expect:

    Simple stretching sequences and mobility moves to ease and prevent stiffness.

    Pilates hacks to help you avoid aches and pains.

    Exciting fitness fusions to energise mind and body.

    Breathwork to calm your busy mind, aid relaxation and improve focus and concentration.
